JCZ Laboratory Pte Ltd (UEN 202608943R) operates this website to describe its training products and to accept trial and contact requests. You may browse the site and send those requests for lawful purposes.
Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt it, probing it without permission, submitting false contact details, or using the forms to send unsolicited advertising. We may refuse a request or withdraw access when we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Product descriptions are for information. A classroom deployment, licence, or hardware order is agreed separately and is not formed by browsing this site.
Software trial licence
The download page offers a 3-day evaluation of the named software, currently CNC Milling Simulator Pro. Submitting your email grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use that build for internal evaluation for 3 days.
- The trial is for evaluation. It is not a sale and does not include a paid classroom licence, support entitlement, or hardware.
- One public trial is available per email address. A further period requires our written agreement.
- The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent Singapore law allows that exclusion.
- You are responsible for the computers you install it on and for keeping a copy of your own work.
Intellectual property
The website, its text, graphics, and the software we make available are owned by JCZ Laboratory Pte Ltd or its licensors. Partner names and product names, including Sunspire, belong to their owners.
Except for the 3-day trial licence above, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software or site content unless Singapore law gives you a right that cannot be waived, or we agree in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, JCZ Laboratory Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, or for loss of data, profits, or training time, arising out of the website or the trial software, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where liability can be limited, our total liability arising out of the website or a free trial is limited to SGD 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may also seek urgent relief in any court that can grant it.
