Who we are

This notice is issued by JCZ Laboratory Pte Ltd (UEN 202608943R), 60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28, Singapore 409051, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). “We” means JCZ Laboratory Pte Ltd.

Personal data we collect

We collect only what you give us through this site, and the technical data needed to deliver the pages:

• Trial signup email, when you request a software trial on the download page.
• Contact and demo messages sent through the website form, including name, institution or company, email, product interest, and any message you choose to write. The form is delivered by Formspree.
• WhatsApp chats you start from the WhatsApp link, including your phone number and the messages you send us.

Cloudflare, which hosts this website, also processes connection data such as IP address and browser type so the site can be delivered and protected.

Why we use it

We use this data to activate and administer the 3-day software trial, reply to enquiries and demo requests, provide support, and operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Trial signup emails are kept for the 3-day trial and for 12 months after the trial ends, so we can apply the one-trial-per-email rule and answer support questions about that trial.
• Contact and Formspree messages are kept for 24 months after our last reply on that enquiry.
• WhatsApp correspondence is kept for 24 months after the last message in the chat.

We may keep a record longer when a contract, dispute, or legal obligation requires it. When the period ends, we delete the data or remove the details that identify you.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection data to deliver and protect it.
• Formspree receives the contact and demo form so the message reaches us.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries chats that you start from the WhatsApp button. Those messages are also processed under WhatsApp’s own terms.

These providers handle personal data only so we can run the site and respond to you. They are not authorised to use it for their own marketing.

Access and correction

You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete. Email the data protection officer at info@jczlab.com.sg. We will respond as required by the PDPA. You may also withdraw consent for a purpose that depends on consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.
